Mike Step is the owner of Donells Candies, a family-owned business that has proudly served the community since 1956. He will share practical lessons in management drawn from more than 30 years of operating and sustaining a successful family business.

Tammy Sorenson brings 35 years of experience in public accounting, including over 25 years as a firm owner in Casper. She will walk new business owners through payroll setup, required reporting, and the key entities you must work with when hiring employees.

Marjorie Anderson, Ed.D., is an information systems instructor at Casper College with expertise in business technology foundations. Her session will cover essential software and tech skills that help new businesses stay organized, efficient, and prepared to grow.
